Scope of Services: 

·  Planning and design of 1.5-mile trail network in downtown Apopka along five primary corridors, connecting residential communities with Alonzo Williams Park and the future downtown amphitheater project.

·  Design of roadway crossing with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons at Park Ave. and 6th Street

·  Right of Way survey and acquisition support. 

·  Orange County roadway use permitting. 

·  Obtained SJRWMD Permit Exemption Determination. 

·  Public Involvement support and presentation to Community Redevelopment Agency Board and City Council.
