· Phase A - Planning and design of a 0.875-mile segment of Beresford Avenue.
· Phase B - Realignment of a 0.17-mile segment of Beresford Avenue
· The design of a high-speed roundabout at Beresford Avenue and Blue Lake Avenue.

· Drainage design and coordination of SJRWMD stormwater permitting.
