Scope of Services: 

·  Redesign of required offsite roadway improvements for development. This included the addition of two westbound right turn lanes on SR44 and the extension of a third, the widening of Sugarmill Drive to provide a southbound left turn for the proposed commercial development. It also included additional queue length for the southbound left at SR44, a northbound right turn lane serving the development driveway, widening of Oak Lane to meet current design standards, and a signalized U-turn Lane and movement for westbound SR44 at Sugarmill Drive.

·  Coordinated and obtained permits for new roadway design with Volusia County, City of NSB and FDOT
