Maintenance Work - DeLand / Brevard / Leesburg (Permit Inspections) (On-Going)

The FDOT uses Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) firms to manage permits including but not limited to: Drainage work, utility work, landscaping, signage installation and removal, road closures, temporary access to FDOT Right-Of-Way, and general use of FDOT Right-Of-Way permits. The CEI personnel are responsible for monitoring installations, testing them and ensuring compliance with FDOT Right-Of-Way regulations. Newkirk Engineering, Inc., has several inspectors actively checking permits throughout Brevard, Lake and Volusia Counties.
